Tanya’s Story

“Tanya’s mission is to inspire people to maximise their health & well-being.”

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold or silver.”

Mahatma Gandhi

Thank you for the latest delivery of mushrooms and the Hifas Soap, it’s already helping the  eczema patch on my left arm, it smells amazing, i think i’ll use it all the time going forward, it’s my fault, i have sneaked in gluten and wheat “here and there” …. I’ve re-committed to following protocol, I know what to do, because I feel so well, I think I can get away with it (!)

Having spent many years in the manufacturing and construction industries, Tanya has seen the physical and emotional effects that long-term stressful and high-pressured working environments can place on the body.

20 years ago, with a young child, a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, a manufacturing business to manage and being given 6 months to become a wheelchair user, Tanya decided to seek her own health answers.

Many hours of research and with the support of her family, Tanya found the way to nudge her body back into a state of ease with no continuing signs or symptoms of the disease that she has a genetic predisposition for.

More recently, Tanya lost her mother to Pancreatic Cancer. Supporting her mother nutritionally and working alongside the oncologists has given Tanya a huge insight into this disease. Tanya and her mother undertook a six year naturopathic journey involving a diet based on chemical-free food, daily walks outside in nature, yoga and a great deal of emotional support.

Tanya is passionate about food, cooking and outdoor life especially being with her horses and dogs.

Tanya was very friendly, approachable, listened and answered all my questions. I feel confident to use Tanya as she takes time to really get to know me as a whole.
